Preface
Starting from 1962, I have written and published a large number of articles in IETE Journals. At various points of time, starting from the early 80s, I have been requested by students, as well as teachers and researchers, to publish a book of collected reprints, appropriately edited and sequenced. Of late, this request has intensified, and the demand for reprints of some of the tutorial papers I wrote, has increased considerably, not only from India, but also from abroad, because of my five video courses related to Circuits, Systems and Signal Processing (CSSP) successfully uploaded by NPTEL on the YouTube. I thought it would be a good idea to venture into such a project at this time. This is a book for you, students, teachers and researchers in the subject
