Introduction
The spatial mobility of visitors due to leisure and the construction of specific real estate are explicit vectors of the transformation of tourist locations, especially from the end of the twentieth century and beginning of the twenty-first century. Likewise, the scientific production on this topic is, theoretically and methodologically, vast and varied (Duhamel 2018).
