Preface
These proceedings contain the accepted contributions to the 10th International Conference on Computational Methods in Systems Biology (CMSB 2012), held at the Royal Society’s headquarters in central London, UK, 3–5 October 2012. The conference was an opportunity to hear about the latest research on the analysis of biological systems, networks, and data ranging from intercellular to multiscale. Topics included high-performance computing, and for the first time papers on synthetic biology. The conference brought together computer scientists, biologists, mathematicians, engineers, and physicists interested in a system-level understanding of biological processes. This was the first tim
