The peri-operative period represents a crucial phase not only for the patient, but also for the surgical and anaesthesiological team which must coordinate harmoniously to ensure the patient's rapid functional recovery. Therefore, an interdisciplinary approach to peri-operative care is essential, both in terms of clinical competen
