Eugenio María de Hostos Community College is one of seven community colleges within the City University of New York (CUNY) and has been recognized nationally and locally for its technology and innovation. Innovation and change never come easily for institutions of higher education, but they can be accomplished with careful planning, hard work, and patience. Within these pages you will read the strategies used, the obstacles faced, and the research conducted to garner support and to establish a foundation for the effective implementation of change.
