Cardiac arrhythmias: case report In a case series of two patients, a 46-year old woman experienced cardiac arrhythmia during the concomitant use of digoxin and Aloe vera. The woman concomitantly received digoxin and Aloe vera [Aloe Barbadensis] [dosages, routes and indications not stated] . However, she developed cardiac arrhythmia and was admitted. She was reportedly stable on digoxin and received Aloe vera irregularly (incremental renal potassium excretion). Fijn R, et al.
