The year 2013 saw the publication of the first edition of the volume Drug Resistance in Leishmania Parasites, edited by Alicia Ponte-Sucre. A brand-new edition is now available in which ten of the chapters have been drastically updated, two chapters slightly revised, and two entirely new chapters added.
