Preface

This volume presents work on globalization by researchers from economics, business, political science, law, and the humanities as the culmination of a decadelong focus on this topic at Aarhus University (AU), Denmark, starting with the inclusion of globalization as a research focus area in the 2006 development contract between AU and the Ministry of Science, Technology and Innovation.
