Abstract The cognitive radio networks (CRNs) can enhance the utilization of spectrum by enabling secondary users (SUs) towards accessing the unoccupied channels dynamically by the PUs (primary users). The scheme of spectrum access in terms of augmenting the performance of user has attained more significance. However, the channel scheduling and utilization is the critical objective to realize the spectrum band sensing by secondary users as optimal robust. Regard to this, the contemporary research focused to rendezvous the transmission load and radio frequencies available. This manuscript have portrayed a novel method of ‘‘Ideal Frequency Rendezvousing for Multiuser Communication (IFRMC) over Cognitive Radio Network’’. The competence of the IFRMC is, that schedules white-spaces (idle time between two consecutive schedules of the corresponding frequencies), alongside, scheduling available frequencies, and rendezvousing the chunks of the transmission load and the available radio frequencies. The experimental study that carried on cognitive radio network simulations stated the performance of the proposed model that compared to the other contemporary models. 1 Introduction The prominence of maximum rates of data in the wirelesscommunication is enhancing every year; therefore there is a demand for novel services of communication. Nevertheless, enhancing the contemporary services or proposing novel services requires ratio spectrum portion that is resource scarce & handled by the policies & regulations of government. The work (Mitola and Maguire 1999) presents that cognitive radio (CR) allows effective utilization of radio-spectrum & makes it potential for novel services in & Ch. Suneetha [email protected] S. operating current LUs (licensed users) deprived of lessening their performance. By an extensive wireless networks application, the resources of network spectrum have become scarce comparatively. Nevertheless, in conventional allocation mode of fixed-spectrum, few of the spectrum could be unexploited by poor users utilization (Robinson 1978). The work (Haykin 2005) presents that CRN could be noticed to an optimal way for enhancing the utilization of spectrum. In the CRNs, the PUs share spectrum that is licensed with SUs under the circumstances, which caused interference towards PUs and could not reach towards arbitrary le
