Abstract Since the mid-1980s, with the development and wide application of Internet technology, online teaching has been developing rapidly. At present, more and more schools and teachers are trying to use internet teaching mode. With the application of new generation information technology such as big data, Internet of things, mobile Internet and their deep integration with classroom teaching, online teaching has been developing. Online teaching platform is an important teaching medium under the development of information technology. The extensive application of online teaching platform will change the traditional teaching methods and realize a teaching reform combining computer technology and multimedia network technology. In the current situation of information technology, online teaching platform has been applied to all kinds of teaching in universities, primary and secondary schools. Mobile Internet technology will become an important tool for college education and teaching. In this paper, we propose an on-line network teaching platform based on intelligent speech recognition. The recognition tool is applied to validate the speeaker and the sound analysis to guarantee the quality of service. 1 Introduction Speech is the main medium for many organisms to transmit information in nature. Speech information carries the most direct, clear and clear information. The application of artificial intelligence education provides more intelligent tools for teaching and brings new experience for educators and learners. In the teaching process, teachers use artificial intelligence technology to seamlessly connect the learning environment and life scenes, provide intelligent teaching services, and improve the teaching effect. Speech recognition technology refers to the intelligent technology that transforms the input speech information into the corresponding command or text information through the processing and processing of the machine.
