The IUMRS International Conference in Asia to Be Held in Japan in December 2008 www.iumrs-ica2008.jp The International Union of Materials Research Societies (IUMRS) International Conference in Asia (IUMRS-ICA) is to be held December 9–13, 2008. The conference is being organized by the Materials Research Society of Japan (MRS-J), and will be held at the Nagoya Congress Center, Nagoya, Japan. Co-organizers of this conference are the Chinese Materials Research Society (C-MRS), the Materials Research Society of India (MRS-I), the Materials Research Society of Korea (MRS-K), the Materials Research Society of Singapore (MRS-S), and the Materials Research Society of Taiwan (MRS-T). The IUMRS-ICA 2008 features new materials research from not only Asia but also around the world, featuring 40 technical symposia.
