Abstract Objective  To determine whether other androgens [androstenedione (A4), 17-hydroxy progesterone (17OHP) and dehydroepiandrosterone (DHEA)] were elevated in women with classically defined idiopathic hirsutism (IH)/patient-important hirsutism (PIH).
