This work is dedicated to my wife, Ughetta, who is my life, for her continuous support, for always believing in me and loving me. And in love and gratitude to my parents, Francesco and Vivi, who have always been there through my growth and without whom I’d be nothing. They are simply the best parents of all time and I am blessed to be their son. Every journey begins with a single step and this editorial journey is for all of you.
