LETTER TO THE EDITOR (received on 03.12.2019) Dear Professor Samoilenko, I am writing about my paper, which was published in Ukrainian Mathematical Journal: “Generalized higher derivations on algebras” Ukrainian Mathematical Journal, Vol. 69, No. 10, 2017 DOI 10.1007/s11253-018-1461-8. My colleagues informed me that the results in this paper are much similar to those obtained by Mirzavaziri et al.: Madjid Mirzavaziri, Elahe Omidvar Tehrani, “Generalized higher derivations are sequences of generalized derivations,” Journal of Advanced Research in Pure Mathematics, Vol. 3, Issue 1, 2011, p. 75–86. DOI: 10.5373/jarpm.445.052610. Since I proved the results by my own and independently without being aware of the above paper till today, I kindly ask you to add “a remark after galley reading” to my paper: The author of the paper declares that some of the results in this paper are similar to those obtained by Mirzavaziri, et al. but they were independently obtained by the author without being aware of the above paper.
