Various toxicities: 10 case reports In a prospective analysis of real-world use of palbociclib alongside endocrine therapy (RENATA study) in 128 patients between October 2015 and August 2019, for the treatment of hormone receptor-positive, HER-2 negative (HR+/HER2-), advanced, metastatic breast cancer, ten patients [ages and sexes not stated] were described, who developed abscessed pneumonia, acute colitis, pulmonary embolism, xerostomia, grade 1 cutaneous rash, grade 2 cutaneous rash, grade 2 hyperglycaemia, femoral head osteonecrosis, grade 1 acute blepharitis and grade 1 hand-foot syndrome (1 patient each) following treatment with palbociclib [routes, dosages, durations of treatments to reactions onsets and outcomes not stated].
