Hypothyroidism: 2 case reports In a retrospective study of medical records of patients with stage IV non-small cell lung cancer who received triple therapy comprising stereotactic body radiation therapy, low-dose radiation therapy and immune checkpoint inhibitors at West China Hospital of Sichuan University between 1 March 2018 and 30 November 2019, a 38-year-old woman and a 58-year-old woman were described, who developed hypothyroidism during treatment with pembrolizumab for stage IV non-small cell lung cancer [routes, dosages, durations of treatments to reactions onsets and outcomes not stated]. The women concomitantly received stereotactic body radiation therapy and low-dose radiation therapy. Yin L, et al.
