Preface

The editors identified a need for this volume after the Boys and Voices Conference in Melbourne, Australia in 2005 at which the various issues associated with boys and singing were raised. At the time, there was very little documented scholarship and practitionor reflection evident in this field. The presentations from that event formed the initial foundation for the collection: Harrison, Adler, Welch, Collins and Bayliss were key pa
