ABSTRACT Phase-matched SHG, resonantly enhanced near X=8.6Wm, with -1% efficiency and up to 30 W peak power has been observed in asymmetric double multi-quantum well structures. Waveguide-mode and 450 wedge multi-bounce geometries were used.
