Preface As a companion to the textbook “Physical Chemistry from a Different Angle,” this student manual offers excellent opportunity for deepening the understanding of the concepts presented in the textbook by providing concrete problems. The manual is divided into two parts: a first part with exercises and a second part with the corresponding completely worked-out solutions. The first part of the book comprises almost 200 exercises, which are thematically linked to the textbook. Exercises with a higher degree of difficulty are marked with *. The exercises marked with † are based on examples provided by Prof. Friedrich Herrmann.
