During my undergraduate and graduate school matriculations, I was extremely blessed to sit at the feet of esteemed scholars and practitioners. In fact, my career trajectory was altered when I sat in the classrooms of Alonzo Aristotle Crim, EdD and Asa Grant Hilliard, III, PhD; these extraordinary men changed my mindset and set me in the direction of fulfilling my passion and purpose. Sitting in the presence of such renowned scholars added to the breadth of my knowledge and expanded my horizons.
