Abstract Rheumatoid arthritis (RA) is a long-standing and growing autoimmune disease. Therefore, the present study was intended to investigate the effect of Corynoline (COR) on CFA induced rheumatoid arthritis in a rat model. Results suggested that COR causes significant reduction in paw swelling, edema, arthritis score, thymus and spleen indexes and neutrophil infiltration (p
