Abstract This paper discusses both cloud computing and smart computing and then debates structural and functional issues about how the two computing systems interact for offering user-friendly information solutions. Smart Table is proposed to configure cloud resources. Smart control algorithm is proposed to choose the best resources. The information interaction between cloud computing and smart computing services is realized for efficient construction of information systems and for user’s convenience of information services. 1 Introduction This paper analyzes mutually exclusive features and interdependent complementary capabilities based on the intrinsic features of each of cloud computing and smart computing. Based on this analysis, it discusses the structural and functional approach for how to interact with each other in order to present a convenient and efficient information solution for the user by establishing the information interaction between the two systems. are realized by creating a synergy by combining benefits of both systems through the information interaction between cloud systems and smart services. The characteristics of cloud computing are represented as virtualization, immediacy, scalability, etc. These features minimize the cost of information systems based on cloud economics and make a possible to build infinitely scalable mission-critical projects [1]. Nevertheless, the restrictions of an integrated management through the virtualization of hardware resources distributed on the Internet, remains as the ongoing challenge topic to maximize the real-time immediacy in information building systems. Cloud systems are interested in the service development on the large-scale projects or team-based projects, so they are still to be desired for the appropriate service infrastructure and interfaces for personal, in fact [2, 3]. Smart Computing is to provide the intelligent and optimal information services to meet different situation logic of all existing computing capabilities and user information services. Smart computing presents the ultimate goal of providing the accurate information services to users not just to provide information quickly and to manage resources effectively.
