Long QT syndrome: case report A 53-year-old woman with a history of leukaemia and anthracycline-induced cardiomyopathy required cardiopulmonary resuscitation and was transferred to an ICU. Her last medications comprised ciprofloxacin and posaconazole [dosages, routes and indications not stated]. An ECG revealed a QT-interval of 520ms (QTc interval 560–580ms). Antibiotic/antimycotic-induced long QT syndrome (LQTS) was diagnosed [duration of treatments to reaction onset, and outcome not stated].
