Correction to: Philos Stud https://doi.org/10.1007/s11098-019-01367-0 The original version of this article was published with an error in the final equation in this sentence on page 20 (section 3.6.1): ‘‘His solution is to introduce causal constraints in addition to the quantitative constraints PðW2 jB1 Þ ¼ 1 and PðB2 _G2 j B1 Þ ¼ 1.’’ The corrected sentence reads: ‘‘His solution is to introduce causal constraints in addition to the quantitative constraints PðW2 jB1 Þ ¼ 1 and PðB2 _G2 j W1 Þ ¼ 1.’’ In addition, the original references list mistakenly listed Draper (2016) out of order alphabetically.
