Abstract—This study explored the association of sepsis prognosis with dynamic changes in serum soluble triggering receptor expressed on myeloid cells-1 (sTREM-1) and its polymorphisms. We enrolled 80 subjects with sepsis and 80 controls. Serum sTREM-1 was tested on days 1, 3, 5, 7, 10, and 14.
