Restless legs syndrome: case report A 66-year-old man developed restless legs syndrome (RLS) during treatment with enzalutamide for prostate cancer. The man was referred with RLS. His medical history included high BP and prostate cancer. He had been receiving enzalutamide for prostate cancer [route and dosage not stated]. However, several days after the initiation of enzalutamide treatment, he developed RLS [exact duration of treatment to reaction onset not stated]. Neurological examination and electromyography were found to be unremarkable with normal serum ferritin levels. The man was treated with an increased dosage of ropinirole and moderate improvement his RLS was noted.
