Fatal cerebral aspergillosis due to Aspergillus fumigatus infection: case report In a report of 43 patients under ibrutinib therapy, who were admitted to hospital in Spain due to suspect of infection between 2014 and 2018, a patient [age and sex not stated] was described, who developed fatal cerebral aspergillosis due to Aspergillus fumigatus infection during treatment with ibrutinib [route and dosage not stated] for unspecified cancer [exact indication and duration of treatment to reaction onset not stated].
