Allergic reaction: case report A 63-year-old man developed allergic reaction during treatment with iNeo-Vac-P01. The man with recurrent and metastatic intrahepatic biliary tract cancer (initially diagnosed in 2013), started receiving SC iNeo-Vac-P01 [personalized peptide vaccine; dosage not stated] on 22th March 2018. The injection sites were the two upper arms, and the therapy was scheduled to be administered in two phases i.e. priming phase to be administered on days 1, 4, 8, 15 and 22 followed by six subsequent booster doses. However, after the last booster vaccination, he developed a grade 3/4 allergic reaction manifesting as nausea, vomiting and rash [duration of treatment to reaction onset and outcome not stated]. During the last follow up examination, no disease progression was noted in the underlying condition. Author comment: "[A] grade 3~4 allergic reaction (under NCI-CTCAE 4.03) happened". Yong F, et al.
