Leukoencephalopathy: case report It a retrospective study of 123 patients hospitalised between 1 August2018 to 31 July 2019 in India, one patient [age and sex not stated] was described, who developed leukoencephalopathy during treatment with methotrexate for acute lymphoblastic leukaemia. The patient, who had acute lymphoblastic leukaemia, started receiving treatment with Berlin-Frankfurt-Munster (BFM)ALL 95 chemotherapy protocol including methotrexate [route and dosage not stated]. Eventually, the patient was admitted with headache and was eventually diagnosed with leukoencephalopathy due to methotrexate [duration of treatment to reaction onste and outcome not stated].
