I would like to thank the Keebles and Kerns of the American Gulf Coast for their inspiration, input, support and love. Though I grew up in Washington State and lived there until I was twenty-one, and though I have lived in the UK since 1998, I have a lifelong affinity with the American Gulf Coast, where my mother’s family come from.
