Recent advances in genetics and molecular biology have significantly increased the understanding of inflammatory disorders, which allows for more accurate diagnosis and provide better care for orbital inflammatory disorders. Orbital inflammatory disorders are common, but relatively lessknown. There are few books that provide in-depth and up-to-date information about orbital inflammatory disorders. This book summarizes the recent developments on the spectrum of orbital inflammatory disorders in a concise and thorough manner. Newly introduced IgG4-related orbital inflammation, developments in pathogenesis, management of thyroid eye disease, and orbital xanthogranulomatous disorders are recent advancements that are reviewed in this book.
