Abstract The development of computer music has contributed to the progress of musical art, and affected society at all levels, especially impacting on college students’ daily study and living. Without modern digital technology, a major in music is almost impossible to study and work well. College students’ music study and creation has been significantly affected by computer technology in music art creation and performance. because the distinction may isolate their products and reduce products’ use rate in the market. The different standard products are different in timbre and group order, but their timbre order and overall arrangement is consistent [1]. Applying computer music technology to music production and equipment is a major revolution in the world of music. As in children’s toys, we input MIDI file in a simple computer chip by computer technology and installed the chip into the toy, and then made the chip sound using power. A musician can make neat, suitable, and beautiful symphony music score by scores produced by software, which are better than the previous handwritten music score, however simple or complex [2]. Applying computer music technology to music creation and production is more convenient to musicians than previously in music creation. They need not waste a lot of resources in band playing to test the scores. It is common to apply computer music to modern appliances and communications equipment.
