Research on Matter-Element Comprehensive Evaluation Method for Quality on Construction Project Qili Su

Abstract In-depth study of the management of construction project quality, the development of a comprehensive range of evaluation criteria improves our project management system and to develop effective and comprehensive evaluation methods, has important practical significance. This paper uses the matter-element analysis method, through risk analysis, established a construction project quality evaluation index system, and empirical analysis. This paper obtained a comprehensive evaluation result of the construction project quality, for the evaluation provided an effective extension evaluation. Introduction

In recent years, the development of China’s construction project can be seen; the standard of construction projects in China has been rapid development. However, in recent years, the quality accidents of domestic construction projects often occur exposed the shortcomings for project management of China [1]. Construction quality is the concept of a rich connotation; it refers to the project to meet the owner’s needs, consistent with national laws, regulations, standard of technical specifications, design documents and the contract [2]. theory is a discipline, solving the problems of decision-making and systematic evaluation; it focused on the variability of things; by analyzing the structure of matter-element and their relationship, identify laws and methods about things change and transformation. This method is very suitable for comprehensive evaluation studies of multi-index factor in the construction project quality.
