Dear Colleagues, I am delighted to present the second edition of the Surgical Oncology Manual, previously published as The University of Toronto Surgical Oncology Manual. This is a collaborative work between the breast, hepatopancreatobiliary and general surgical oncology fellowship programs at the University of Toronto and our colleagues in medical oncology, radiation oncology and pathology. The manual represents a concise, usable and practical guide for the busy resident, fellow and staff person looking for the latest information on cancers treated by general surgeons.
