At a set willingness to pay threshold of £20 000, the DV plus HoLEP strategy was predicted to have an 85% chance of being cost effective; in comparison, DV alone, HoLEP alone, TURP alone and DV plus TURP, were predicted to have 0%, 11%, 4% and 0% chances, respectively.
