Abstract Purpose The aim of this study was to compare chemical contents, expression of BMP-8a, and the presence of Mycoplasma and ExoS-ExoU exotoxins producing Pseudomonas aeruginosa in tympanosclerosis (TS) and atherosclerosis (AS) plaques.
