IgA vasculitis: case report A 73-year-old man developed IgA vasculitis during treatment with acenocoumarol [dosage, route, indication and duration of treatment to reaction onset not stated]. He started receiving acenocoumarol and eventually developed IgA vasculitis, which was confirmed by anatomopathological study. The IgA vasculitis had cutaneous, joint and renal involvement. Initially, the treatment with acenocoumarol was held. However, following the re-introduction of acenocoumarol, his clinical manifestations worsened. Vasculitis completely resolved following cessation of acenocoumarol, without additional maintenance treatment. Esteban Terradillos S, et al. IgA vasculitis induced by acenocoumarol.
