Dear Readers We hope that you have enjoyed the articles published in Clinical Pharmacokinetics in 2005. We are pleased to have been able to provide such varied and topical articles. The forward programme for 2006 looks set to ensure the provision of similarly up-to-date and high-interest information, including articles on the pharmacokinetic interaction between levofloxacin and ciclosporin or tacrolimus in kidney transplant recipients, comparison of physiological and allometric approaches for the prediction of human pharmacokinetics, genetic polymorphisms of drug metabolising enzymes and drug transporters in the treatment of cancer, and the clinical pharmacokinetics of newer antiepileptic drugs at the extremes of age. As always, we would be pleased to consider any high-quality review and original clinical research articles that you submit to us to supplement our programme of invited articles. We would like to take this opportunity to thank all of the authors who have contributed articles to Clinical Pharmacokinetics during the past 12 months. They have generously set aside time in their busy schedules to prepare articles for the journal, and their willingness to contribute is very much appreciated. The quality of published articles reflects also the significant input of the peer reviewers, the involvement of whom is essential in ensuring that we continue to publish articles that are of the highest possible standard. Therefore, in addition to the members of our editorial board, we wish to thank the following individuals who have acted as reviewers of articles published in 2005: B.K.
