Preface

This volume collects the proceedings of the Asia-Pacific Conference on Business Process Management 2015 (AP-BPM 2015) held in Busan, Korea, during June 24–26, 2015. AP-BPM 2015 was the third edition of the conference for researchers and practitioners in the field of business process management (BPM) in the Asia-Pacific region. It aims to provide a high-quality forum for researchers and practitioners to exchange research findings and ideas on BPM techno
