Sleep disordered breathing: case report In a retrospective study of 37 paediatric patients conducted between 2009 and 2019, one paediatric patient [sex and exact age not stated] was described, who developed sleep disordered breathing following treatment with baclofen for refractory spasticity. The patient, who had refractory spasticity, received intrathecal baclofen [dosage not stated]. A post-treatment polysomnogram revealed sleep disordered breathing. Therefore, the patient required in-patient supplemental oxygen [duration of treatment to reaction onset and outcome not stated]. Sobremonte-King M, et al.
