Preface
The genesis of this work came about as a result of the TARC International Conference 2016 (TIC 2016) organized by Tunku Abdul Rahman University College (TAR UC). The theme of the conference “Empowering 21st century Learners Through Holistic and Enterprising Learning” was intended for participants to reflect on the rapidly growing and globalized online learning platform embraced by many universities around the world, the ever changing methodologies employed in teaching and learning, and the enhancements needed in curriculum development and assessments to support the rapidly changing education scene.
