Foreword
To take equality, diversity and inclusion seriously must be in the interests of every organisation, public or private. The simplest reason is that it is the right thing to do. Why would one want to discriminate against some groups or individuals or preferentially favour others? A more self-interested reason is to be open to all the talent out there, rather than just a fraction. Capability must surely go up when one can select the best people from a larger talent pool. L
