Abstract Community education is an important part to advance the construction of learning society. In the process of the development of community education, digital learning resources will greatly improve the learning effectiveness and quality; effectively expand the public space for learning and it can create new options and opportunities for learners. Based on analyzing the advantages of digital learning resources, this paper shows the strategy of integration and utilization of digital learning resources in community education. 375.1 Introduction With the application of multimedia technology and network technology in education and teaching, a new learning mode—digital learning came into being. Digital learning resources are the multimedia material which has been digitized and can be run in a multimedia computer or network environment. It can stimulate the students through independent, cooperative, creative way to find and process information, so that the digital learning becomes possible. Digital learning resources include digital video, digital audio, multimedia software, learning sites, online learning management system, computer simulation, online discussions and databases. Digital learning resources are the foundation for E-learning and its construction and application will directly impact on the level of the digital learning

Community education is self-generated by the community residents in a certain geographical area to improve the overall quality of the community. It is public education activities promoted by the government joint efforts with local grassroots organizations to promote regional economic construction and social development. The development of community education is an important way to create a learning society and harmonious society. Digital learning resources should be rich, sharing, personalization, dynamic update, which coincides with the characteristics of the community education. It is very important to make full use of digital learning resources for community education. This paper focuses on how to integrate and use digital learning resources for community education.
