Lurasidone overdose Transient tachycardia: case report
In a retrospective case series of self-reported lurasidone overdoses treated by the Monash Health toxicology unit, Australia between 2016 and 2019, one patient [age and sex not stated] was described, who developed transient tachycardia following an overdose of lurasidone. The patient presented with self-reported lurasidone overdose and was admitted. Transient tachycardia following ingestion of lurasidone at an overdose was noted [dosage and duration of treatment to reaction onste not stated]. On admission, the patient’s median heart rate was 103 bpm (range 85–112 bpm). However, no further complications were noted. Jona MM, et al.
