The responsibility for a text falls upon its signatory, and this work makes no exception. But if the author should assume full responsibility for any shortcomings in his work, its merits, however, deserve to be shared. Indeed, the main elements of the problematics elaborated throughout these pages borrow directly from conceptions produced by eminent thinkers. May we cite and pay tribute to Saussurean structuralism, to the phenomenologies of Husserl and of Merleau-Ponty, to Popperian epistemology, as well as to the morphodynamics of R. Thom and of J. Petitot. But it is not solely with respect to its foundations that the present study exceeds its author. Herein, one will indeed find theses and developments extending theoretical positions that are most personal and were established during previous works. But in truth, such extensions, in their various forms (in-depth study, amendments, variations) have for source and were prompted by multiple exchanges with research companions, lab
