Fatal liver disease: case report In a study involving 21 patients (patients treated between January 2000 and December 2019), a patient [age and sex not stated] was described, who developed fatal liver disease while receiving IV infusion of parenteral nutritional supplements [home parenteral nutrition] via a device inserted in vein [dosage not stated] for intestinal failure in Crohn’s disease.
