This is the first book on children with cancer in Africa and is intended to serve as a practical manual for all who are involved, in a way or other, in treating or taking care of children affected by malignant disease on our continent. It is a tool to help identifying the best feasible approach, in African circumstances, to diagnosing and treating such patients.
