Health is a concept that has been defined in many different ways by different groups, and depending on the conceptual approach of who the persons and the organizations are informs this definition. There is a well-established consensus that when we are discussing the maintenance and improvement of health, we need to emphasize more of those factors that impact it, as well as values and expectations of the communities we serve.
