Editorial comment: Details of this case report have previously been published [see Reactions 1728 p228; 803356841 ]. In this report, the authors stated that his medical history was significant for bradycardia, right bundle branch block and left anterior fascicular block. Additionally, lab data was updated for QTc duration (580 msec).
