219.1 Introduction Now total global data has been exceeded one trillion GB, such large amount of data has been insufficient to describe with a broad array. As the active of personal digital creation, its size is series-style rising. The data size of the expansion in the digital library is to increase the difficulty for the users to obtain the required information. Released ‘‘Statistical Report about status of the 30th China Internet Development’’ in July 2012, the China Internet Network Information Center (CNNIC) in Beijing, the users of Chinese Internet has reached 538 million as of the end of June 2012, in which the users of Internet using the platform of mobile phone has reached to 388 million, the mobile phone gone beyond the computer become the first major Internet terminal.
